Position Details:
- Location: Near Long Neck, DE
- Position Type: Full-time, school-based role
- Duties:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Provide therapy for articulation, language, fluency, and social communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the success of students
- Track progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Delaware SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
