Job Description:
We’re seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with a supportive school district for the upcoming school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to empower students with the skills they need to succeed academically and socially.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Document student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress updates.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in [State].
- ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs welcome to apply).
- Experience in schools or pediatric settings is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
