As a School SLP with ProCare Therapy, you will be responsible for assessing and treating students with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs. Your expertise will help students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential in a nurturing school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists
- Monitor and document student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current KS SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required
