About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a full-time Speech and Language Pathologist to join a vibrant elementary school community starting January 6th. You’ll work with pre-K to 6th-grade students in a single building (no Life Skills caseload) to provide essential speech and language services. We’re excited to welcome someone passionate about making a difference, and while we prefer in-person services, we are open to virtual opportunities for the right candidate. If an SLP isn’t available, we may consider an SLPA.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to pre-K-6th grade students.
- Manage a caseload that excludes Life Skills students.
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop individualized plans for success.
- Provide assessments, evaluations, and engaging therapy sessions to help students thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP) or relevant qualifications for SLPA.
- An active Speech-Language Pathology license in Indiana.
- Ability to pass fingerprints and a drug screen.
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to their success.
Pay & Benefits:
- Highly Competitive Compensation: $33-$40/hour based on experience.

The Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter.
- 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district.
- Offers are typically made within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview.
