Position Overview:
As a school-based SLP, you will work with a diverse caseload, addressing a variety of speech and language needs. This role offers consistent support and resources, giving you the tools you need to develop meaningful connections with students and help them overcome communication challenges.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders
- Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans and individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Providing direct therapy sessions that are both engaging and developmentally appropriate for each student’s needs
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a supportive learning environment for all students
- Tracking and reporting on student progress, adapting treatment approaches as needed

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Indiana SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but all candidates passionate about helping students are welcome
