Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized speech therapy services to students with a range of communication disorders
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that align with each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development
- Monitor student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans to maximize outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to help set realistic and achievable goals for students

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Maryland SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- ASHA CCCs preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working in a school setting is a plus, though not required
