What You’ll Do:
- Assess and Treat: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs, and create individualized therapy plans.
- IEP Collaboration: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in close coordination with teachers, special education staff, and parents.
- Therapy Sessions: Provide engaging one-on-one and group therapy to students with a variety of speech and language disorders.
- Monitor Progress: Regularly track and report student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
- Consult and Support: Serve as a resource for staff and parents, offering guidance on speech and language development.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Wisconsin SLP license and DPI certification (or willingness to obtain)
