Caseload: Less than 50 students; approximately 1/3 of the caseload with more severe needs (autism, developmental delays)
Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of elementary students? Soliant is seeking a full-time SLP to join a supportive and vibrant school community in Roseburg, Oregon for the 2024-2025 school year!
As an SLP in this role, you will work with a diverse caseload of students, including those with developmental delays, autism, and other speech and language disorders. With less than 50 students on your caseload, you will have the opportunity to provide individualized care and make a lasting difference in the lives of young learners.
Position Highlights:
- Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Caseload: Less than 50 students, with about 1/3 of the caseload involving students with more severe needs, including autism and developmental delays
- Opportunity for growth: We provide training for AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), though prior knowledge is a plus
- Supportive environment with a great team of educators
- CFs welcome! We encourage Clinical Fellows to apply and will provide mentorship and support
Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $40-$60 per hour, depending on experience
- Additional Benefits: Health benefits, 401k, and other perks available through Soliant
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Oregon state licensure or ability to obtain licensure
- Prior AAC experience is helpful, but not required (training provided)
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
