Position: Full-Time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist
Duration: January 2025 - June 2025
Location: Remote (Cleveland, TN school district)
Caseload: Pre-K, with some 2-3 year olds
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position will involve working with a caseload of Pre-K students, including some 2-3-year-olds, providing speech and language therapy in a virtual setting. The ideal candidate will have prior virtual experience, as well as experience working with young children.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other onsite professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Manage and track student progress using the TN Pulse IEP platform.
- Utilize the CoughDrop App for AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) services.
- Provide support and strategies to help students with communication disorders improve their skills.
Requirements:
- Virtual experience is a must.
- ASHA-CCC License for Tennessee and education certification through the TN DOE.
- Experience working with young children, specifically Pre-K and 2-3-year-olds.
- Proficiency in using the TN Pulse IEP platform.
- Experience with the CoughDrop App for AAC support.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
Compensation: $44-46 per hour - paid weekly, includes direct and indirect services.
