Contract - K-12 Speech Language Pathologist 2025-2026 School Year
ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and qualified K-12 Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time position involves providing comprehensive speech and language services to students across all grade levels within the district.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Intervention Planning: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, utilizing evidence-based practices to address specific communication challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom and home environments.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of student progress and ensure all services comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Washington SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Experience in a school setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
