Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students through video conferencing platforms.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Virginia state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or willingness to obtain before start date.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Previous experience as an SLP in a school setting is required.
- Proficient in the use of video conferencing platforms and technology for remote therapy sessions
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of students efficiently.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home
