Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to develop and implement appropriate intervention strategies.
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of speech pathology.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
- Valid Montana license or eligibility for licensure as a speech-language pathologist.
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting.
- Proficient in the use of technology and digital platforms for virtual therapy sessions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and members of the educational team.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
- Dedication to providing high-quality, evidence-based speech and language services.
