Job Description:
We are currently seeking a full-time, remote School-Based Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a remote SLP, you will work with K-12 students, providing speech and language therapy services via telepractice. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Developing individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals
- Providing virtual therapy sessions and monitoring progress
- Collaborating with teachers and other school staff to support student success
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Prior experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of students
- Comfortable with technology and virtual therapy platforms
