We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time position in Apple Valley, CA.
Job Description:
As a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with students to support their communication development and help them achieve their educational goals. This role allows for a flexible schedule while providing meaningful contributions to the lives of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs).
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of student performance and progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current SLP license in the state of CA.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
