Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist - Teletherapy for 2025 School Year

VocoVision is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a teletherapy position in a Connecticut school district for the 2025 school year. This remote role allows you to provide speech therapy services from home while helping students meet their language and communication goals.

Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy, evaluations, and diagnoses in a virtual setting.
- Collaborate with school staff to identify students needing special education services.
- Assist in developing and tracking IEP goals for each student.
- Provide teachers with strategies and resources to support speech and language development.
- Regularly monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Skills:
- Experience with teletherapy is a plus, but not necessary.
- Excellent communication skills with students, families, and school staff.
- Proficiency in speech therapy software and documentation tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a remote environment.
- Experience with diverse student needs is beneficial.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of school-based therapy experience preferred.
- Experience in articulation, language disorders, and fluency therapy is a bonus.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
License:
- Connecticut SLP license required.
- Active licensure in both your state of residence and the state of the school district.
