Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to contribute to students’ success through virtual education? We are seeking a skilled SLP to deliver outstanding online speech and language services to school-aged children.
In this role, you’ll work with a diverse group of students, helping them overcome communication barriers and reach their potential. Partner with educators, parents, and professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide therapy sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and assess communication disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; develop and execute individualized IEPs.
- Provide therapeutic services, monitor progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure effective communication support.
- Conduct screenings, maintain accurate documentation, and actively participate in planning meetings.
- Advocate for students’ communication needs, offer staff resources, and stay engaged in professional learning.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Connecticut Teaching Certification optional
- Connecticut SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
