Job Description:
Soliant Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a K-12 school in Concord, OH for the 2024-2025 academic year. This is a full-time position where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication abilities and overall academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development
- Participate in IEP meetings, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation of student goals, services, and progress
- Support a caseload of K-12 students, adapting therapy techniques to meet diverse needs
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Ohio State SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome to apply
- Experience working in a school setting is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
