Job Title: Colorado Speech Language Pathologist Needed for a School-Based Position
Our education company is seeking a fully remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as an independent contractor. In this role, you will provide speech therapy services to school-aged children who require support with communication, language, articulation, and fluency skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' communication skills
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to students using evidence-based practices
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic success
- Attend virtual team meetings and training sessions as required
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing speech therapy services to school-aged children
- Experience with teletherapy and virtual assessments preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
This is a fully remote position and candidates must have access to reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace. This is a 1099 position and compensation will be based on experience and the number of students served.
