Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) to join a supportive school district near Walpole, MA. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable experience while positively impacting the lives of students.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students’ needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Provisional Massachusetts SLP License (required).
- Commitment to completing ASHA Clinical Fellowship requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative educational setting.
