We’re seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver exceptional virtual speech and language services to students.
Support diverse students in overcoming communication challenges and reaching their full potential. Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide tailored therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and evaluate issues with speech, language, voice, and fluency; develop and implement tailored education plans (IEPs).
- Deliver therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to address and support communication needs.
- Conduct evaluations, maintain accurate records, and participate in team meetings for comprehensive planning.
- Support student needs, stay updated with current practices, and engage in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current California Teaching Certification OR California SLP license
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $55-$65
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
- School hours
- Clinical/Technical Team on standby
