Job Title: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Portland, Oregon
Job Description: We're in search of a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team, focusing on school-based settings alongside licensed Speech-Language Pathologists. As an SLPA, you'll play a crucial role in therapy sessions, conducting assessments, and supporting the communication development of students.
Responsibilities:
- Aid in the execution of therapy plans under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Deliver SLPA services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Foster effective collaboration with educators and parents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
- Valid SLPA License.
- Bilingual
