Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a fulfilling role in a supportive educational environment? ProCare Therapy is hiring full-time SLPs to work in Newport News, VA, for the 2024-2025 school year. With flexible caseloads and the opportunity to work across various age groups, this position allows you to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives.
Position Details
- Caseload: Tailored to your preferences, with opportunities to work with early childhood, elementary, middle, or high school students.
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services.
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student success.
- Schedule: Full-time, starting ASAP through the end of the school year.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Virginia SLP license (or eligibility).
- Experience with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong skills in assessments, IEPs, and therapy implementation.
