We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC, but open to CFs) to join our school-based team in Camarillo, CA. This position offers the opportunity to work with a supportive team while positively impacting the communication skills of students in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school-based setting.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other educators and professionals.
- Provide therapy tailored to students’ unique needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress reports, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to foster student success.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- California state licensure or eligibility to obtain it.
- ASHA CCCs preferred, but strong CF candidates will be considered and supported.
- Passionate about working with school-aged children and contributing to their development.
