We are actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC preferred, but open to CFs) to join our team in Malibu, CA. This school-based role provides a unique opportunity to work with students of diverse needs in a supportive and scenic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs tailored to students' needs.
- Provide therapy in individual and group settings, using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and district policies.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- California state licensure (or the ability to obtain it).
- ASHA CCCs preferred; CF candidates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and support.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for helping children achieve their fullest potential.
