Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid SLP licensure in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFYs welcome to apply.
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Position Details:

  • Location: Crestwood, IL
  • Type: Full-Time, School-Based
  • Start Date: Immediate or upcoming school term
  • Caseload: K-12 students, specifics to be determined upon hire

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services in one-on-one or group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and progress reports.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
  • Stay updated with best practices and emerging trends in speech-language pathology.
