Join Our Team as a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist!
In this role, you’ll work with a diverse range of students, helping them overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential. As a member of our innovative teletherapy team, you’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide customized therapy sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs.
The Job: (Needs vary according to district)
- Assess and diagnose issues related to speech, language, voice, and fluency; develop and implement tailored education plans (IEPs).
- Deliver therapy services, monitor student progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support and address communication needs.
- Conduct evaluations, maintain comprehensive records, and participate in team meetings for thorough planning.
- Advocate for student needs, provide staff training, and engage in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license required
- Must be licensed in Resident state + Practice state if applying for a different state than where you live
- 2 years of onsite school-based experience required
- Must pass a tech screen to ensure computer diagnostics are stable & secure
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
