Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Delaware for the 2025/2026 school year. We welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFY) looking for quality supervision and CCC-SLPs seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in students' lives.
Job Description:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will help students overcome speech, language, and communication challenges, allowing them to reach their full academic and social potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and therapy for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and set student goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to provide well-rounded support.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
Valid Delaware SLP License (or eligibility to obtain one)
CCC-SLP preferred (CFYs encouraged to apply with supervision available)
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
