We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide exceptional virtual speech and language services to students.
In this role, you will assist diverse students in overcoming communication challenges and reaching their full potential. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver personalized therapy sessions tailored to each student's needs.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Provide direct therapeutic services, monitor student progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to address and enhance students' communication skills.
- Conduct screenings, maintain comprehensive records, and actively engage in team meetings for effective planning.
- Advocate for students, stay updated on current research, and pursue professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Alaska Teaching Certification Type C required
- Alaska SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Hourly Rate: $45-$55
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
