Are you an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) wanting to make a significant impact on students’ lives from home? We are seeking a dedicated SLP to provide high-quality virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
In this role, you’ll work closely with diverse students, helping them navigate communication challenges. As a vital member of our teletherapy team, you’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver customized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and fluency challenges; develop and apply tailored IEPs.
- Deliver therapy to students, track their progress, and adjust strategies when needed.
- Work alongside teachers and families to support students’ communication needs.
- Screen students, maintain detailed documentation, and join meetings for thorough planning.
- Champion student advocacy, train staff, and stay sharp with professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Alabama Teaching Certification required
- Alabama SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

- Hourly Rate: $40-$45
