Position: Speech-Language Pathologist
Role Summary:
Join us as a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students with speech, language, and hearing challenges. You’ll craft individualized therapy plans and collaborate with educators to enhance student success.
Responsibilities:
1. Therapy Development:
- Create and implement customized therapy programs.
- Conduct regular assessments and adjust plans accordingly.
2. Collaboration:
- Partner with teachers and school staff to integrate therapy into the classroom.
- Share insights with parents and engage with community services.
3. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate student records and prepare reports.
- Track progress and ensure compliance with educational standards.
Requirements:
- Essential: Master’s degree and Michigan Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) certification.
- Preferred: ASHA certification and school experience.
