Hourly Rate: $55-$60

Position Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing essential services to students with diverse communication needs. In this role, you will assess, treat, and support students across various age groups, working closely with educators, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language needs, and develop individual therapy plans.
- Therapeutic Support: Provide speech and language therapy including articulation, language, and communication strategies to promote student success.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with teachers and staff to integrate speech therapy goals into the educational environment.
- Progress Tracking: Document and track student progress, preparing reports for IEP meetings.
- Professional Growth: Pursue ongoing training to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in Washington
- CCC certification from ASHA preferred
- School-based experience is a plus
