Speech Language Pathologist Job Description:
- Assess and diagnose students with speech, language, voice, and communication disorders to identify their specific needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting areas such as articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and expressive communication.
- Provide direct therapy services and collaborate with teachers to integrate communication strategies into the classroom environment.
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions while maintaining regular communication with parents, teachers, and school staff to support students’ success.
