**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our preschool team for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and a passion for supporting their speech and language development. As an SLP, you will work closely with preschoolers, their families, and our educational staff to provide individualized support and interventions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct speech and language assessments for preschool-aged children.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans based on assessment results.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support each child's developmental goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to children both individually and in group settings.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development and reviews.
- Educate parents and staff on speech and language development and strategies for support.
**Qualifications:**
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
