**Overview:**
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and qualified **Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)** to join a dynamic school district in **Roscommon, MI** for the **2024-2025 school year**. This is a fantastic opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about making a positive impact on students’ communication skills and overall academic success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct therapy to students with speech and language disorders.
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop and implement IEPs.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and other school-related team activities.
- Provide consultation and support to school staff regarding speech and language needs.
**Qualifications:**
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Michigan SLP license (or ability to obtain).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred but CFs are welcome to apply.
- Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
