Job Title: Full-Time Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)
Location: New Britain, CT
School Year: 2024-2025
Description: Soliant is seeking two dedicated and dynamic Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team in New Britain, CT for the 2024-2025 school year. As an Elementary School SLP, you will work collaboratively with students, parents, and school staff to provide speech and language services that support educational success and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress.
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students’ needs and goals.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Connecticut SLP license or eligibility.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
