We are currently seeking two passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our dynamic team for the 2024-2025 school year.
**Position Overview:**
As a K-12 Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will play a critical role in supporting the communication and language needs of students across a variety of educational settings. Your expertise will help students overcome speech and language barriers, enabling them to achieve their full potential both academically and socially.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create effective support strategies.
- Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to families regarding communication disorders and treatment options.
- Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
**Qualifications:**
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Ohio SLP licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility.
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
