Job Title: 100% Remote School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (1099) Job in North Dakota
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work remotely with our school district. As a fully remote 1099 employee, you will have the opportunity to work from home and provide speech and language services to students in the district. You will collaborate with a team of educators and specialists to provide high-quality support for our students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student success
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about student progress and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- At least 2 years of experience working with school-aged children
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with technology and remote communication tools
